Femke De Ruyck

Femke De Ruyck

Senior Project Manager, CMAST
I graduated as a bio-science engineer, which reflects my broad interest in socially relevant Life science projects. For more than 4 years now I work as a senior Project Manager at CMAST contracted at a large Pharmaceutical company. During these 4 years, I managed different kind of projects: the complete withdrawal of a pharmaceutical product, the implementation of a mHealth tool, collaboration projects with universities, and Project management support in Drug Product development projects. Internally I am people coach of more than 20 people at CMAST. In the past, I have covered a technical-commercial role in the Feed industry (DSM Nutritional Products), both in product formulation as in nutritional/metabolic application. My first job experience was also a combination of commercial and technical responsibilities, but with much more focus on the commercial part as my role was situated in a trading company, who felt the need to have a bio-science engineer in their team.
