As a small innovative company in Life Sciences, you can offer rewarding job opportunities and be a great employer to candidates. However, most job seekers often focus on larger companies in their job search, ignoring the smaller ones. One of the main reasons is that they simply are not aware of the smaller employers and the career possibilities that you can offer.
Since the Life Sciences industry is a relatively young and dynamic sector, characterised by many innovative, research-oriented start-ups and scale-ups, we believe that there is a lot to gain by introducing these exciting young companies to job seekers.
With the BCF Innovation Award, we want to give young innovative Life Sciences companies exposure and put you in the spotlight, so that you can attract the right talent to help grow your company.
So is your company young, research-driven and working on a Life Sciences solution or product? Do you want to increase your visibility and brand awareness in the sector and make it easier for your company to attract talents? Then apply for the BCF Innovation Award 2020 and:
