BCF Scale-up special

Find a way to reach high potentials!

In need of the right talents to help you achieve your goals, expand and thrive on the market?

Are you a Life Science start-up or scale-up, ready to grow and reach out? Do you currently have less than 50 employees?
At times of a tight labour market, it becomes more and more challenging to reach the right people in your sector to help your company grow, and as a young company you lack the visibility and employer branding of larger companies with whom you have to compete over talent. You want to reach these high-potentials, but as a start-up or scale-up you have limited time and budget to do this effectively?

What if you could make use of the expertise of BCF Career to help you communicate your vacancies to your target group that are otherwise hard to reach for yourself?

Are you a start-up or a scale-up? Let us help you!

BCF Career Event job wall

Many (young) professionals and starters would like to work in a small company, where they can make an impact and help the product and company become a success. However, smaller companies are often not well known and by using only your own network, you reach a small group of people and miss the vast majority of talent, whereas bigger companies reach them easily.

BCF Career has the right solution for you!

We will help you to reach thousands of job seekers in Life Sciences by publishing your vacancy on BCF job board, the weekly job alert and our social media channels. Since we know how much other priorities you have as a start-up or scale-up, we provide this posting service for free!

No more diving into job boards, just send us your vacancy text or link to the vacancy on your website, and we’ll do the rest.

If you publish your vacancy before certain deadlines, we will even print and include it on the job walls at our events! Find all information and deadlines here.

You can find the BCF Scale-up job and the BCF Scale-up spotlight job packages in our webshop.
