High Tech opportunities to revolutionize agriculture
The increasing demand for food with less arable land poses a great challenge to modern agriculture. To provide food for coming generations, science and plant breeding need to support agriculture in changing the current food production chains. Phenospex supports such organizations with high tech solutions to automatically analyze plant performance in any environment. In this talk, we will show a short summary on how our team from various disciplines works together to supply the right solutions for some of the world’s most prestigious agriculture research programs.

About Stefan Schwartz
Stefan Schwartz studied Computer Science and Operations Research at the Universities of Aachen and Maastricht. From 2008 onwards, he developed image processing algorithms for the digital analysis of plants for science and plant breeding. In 2014, Stefan joined Phenospex in the business development team. Today, he is part of the Management Board and Head of the Operations, Finance and Human Resources departments of the company.
