We have an excellent opportunity available for a R&D Process technologist to make a difference in our R&D organization in Kraft Heinz. This position lies within the Growth Taste Elevation R&D team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the R&D Growth Process Development Manager.
Get ready for working in International team, as proactive contributor, getting projects delivered and collaborating with internal and external partners. The job holder will work in a multifunctional team and will effectively collaborate across functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute technically Supply Chain project Picasso through R&D governance;
  • Partner with R&D Growth and BU technologists to ensure most advanced processes and formulation principles are applied in the project;
  • Execute the development plan (e.g. kitchen, pilot plant, and internal/external factory trials) for products in scope for Picasso according to the objectives, costs and deadlines.

Profile

t-size: 12px;color: #000000;" >We are searching for a candidate with a Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology (or equivalent in related fields) and preferably 1-2 years of experience in food companies and process development. You have the ability to understand science & technology and translate in products solution; a data driven decision maker.
Other skills:
  • Rheological knowledge;
  • P&IDs knowledge, usage of AutoCAD;
  • Consumer focus, curious about trends and food innovations;
  • Team player, collaborative and emphatic;
  • Creative, energetic & pragmatic;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent English.
