During Boortmalt’s one year Management Traineeship, you will be working on different projects to get to know Boortmalt on a management level. Within this traineeship you will be working in different Business Units, for example marketing, finance, engineering or sales, and you get one-on-one coaching from different Senior Managers to learn from all of them. Most projects have the aim to develop a more global environment. For example, projects can be related to a new ERP system, financial or corporate governments, procurement, innovation, global sustainability or supply chain.
During the traineeship there is a chance that you need to travel to different locations depending on your project. After the traineeship, you can grow into an international/regional position in line with the acquired skills and experiences.
