As a P&O Officer, you are at the heart of the end to end delivery of all people related activities, processes and experiences. You are hands-on and bring to the team strong operational excellence in executing best in class Employee / Industrial relations, resourcing, capability building and HR operations. While interfacing with the global HR network, you bring local HR insights to the fore on all people related initiatives / issues. You will have an end-to-end local P&O focus for the head office located in the Netherlands. Mid 2023 we will go live with a new P&O Core system (SuccessFactors) and your role will be key in enabling a successful go-live with great employee experience and minimizing business disruption.
You will be part of the local P&O team in the Netherlands and be co-seated with the Global P&O team members at the head office.
Responsibilities:
  • As the first point of contact for all employees in your local market, you deliver front line P&O support to the business and ensure P&O delivery is fully aligned to business goals;
  • You act as a coach to Line managers on talent management, employee / industrial relations inquiries alongside your P&O Lead the Netherlands;
  • You analyze and provide detailed reports to the P&O Lead the Netherlands as required to support the overall Europe P&O strategy;
  • You support resolving local ER / IR issues (including grievances, disciplinary, dispute resolutions, absence, retirement, and redundancy);
  • You ensure ekaterra’s compliance with local legislation by maintaining relationships with the relevant bodies, representing at local sessions, and maintaining relevant records;
  • You ensure ekaterra’s P&O data accuracy by liaising with the Central P&O Operations team on data management activities (Position management, data cleansing, reporting lines etc.);
  • You support line managers with their recruitment process needs (Job requisition, selection process, offer);
  • You liaise with the P&O Central Operations team for the recruitment data needs (Position creation, pre-onboarding, and onboarding activities);
  • You support line managers with onboarding activities to create a lasting experience for new joiners.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience including labor relations. You have good knowledge of local employment / labor laws and good administrative, negotiation and influencing skills. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactor) is an advantage. Additionally, you are fluent in both Dutch and English, you have strong strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

Project for 8 months.
Salary: 48000 - 58000
