Your new role at Genmab

The PMO department provides leadership and stewardship for several key practices related to portfolio, project and program management. We accomplish this by providing resources and expertise to support the R&D Portfolio and Business improvement projects within the scope of responsibilities including such activities as:

  • Advance our project and program management practice through the standardization and adoption of PM methodologies, tools and process

  • Provide skills and expertise towards the management of projects and programs with on-demand support to our Program leads

As a member of the PMO team, the Senior Administrative Assistant, Project Management Systems be responsible for supporting Genmab’s Project and Portfolio system Planisware for project and resource planning. Furthermore, this person will be directly involved in supporting improvement and expansion of the systems functionalities. This person will partner with the administrator of the Planisware system as well as its users to provide support to the projects, programs, or portfolio leveraging the current planning and portfolio system.


  • Assist Planisware Admin in maintaining and upgrading the current enterprise planning system to meet the needs of the Program leads and management

  • Assist the PMO leads for resource and portfolio management to facilitate system changes and reporting to improve functionality of Planisware

  • Partner with Project Leads in the structuring and planning of detailed project plans and milestones within the Planisware system

  • Training and supporting the project leads to develop new improved tools and functionality within Planisware

  • May be asked to assist functioning as a project manager supporting implementation of new functionalities in collaboration with Planisware consultants


  • You have an MBO or HBO/ BSc degree with 1-2 years’ experience with Planisware as portfolio management system in an R&D environment;

  • You have hands-on experience with Planisware configuration, trouble shooting and/or training;

  • You are familiar with drug development and have basic project management knowledge;

  • You are a team player and enjoy working with and supporting end-users;

  • You want to learn new applications and are detail-oriented;

  • You have great interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;

  • You understand the use of a Portfolio Management system and enjoy training internal teams on tools & processes;

  • Proficient with Office 365.
