As the plant-based market is still growing rapidly, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who has passion to change the world with us. We believe that the Vegetarian Butcher (TVB) team has a challenging set of tasks ready for you, while working in a high pace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Base Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) forecast deep-dive and sharpen up of data, keeping one source of truth, applying learnings from different customers to Burger King (BK) forecasting;
- Promotion activities alignment into the forecast, generating insights on expected volume fluctuations;
- Convert sales/AUV data provided by customers, triggering understanding of pain points to be addressed with the different Customer markets;
- Tracking of OTIF of two biggest Co-Manufacturers for BK orders, automatisation whenever possible;
- Performance Co-Manufacturers: propose optimisation on how data is tracked within the agreed KPI’s;
- Risk assessment on innovations: RM’s stock build and obsoletes risk.
Profile
We are looking for candidates with approximately 5 years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in FMCG/Food). You have proven experience in delivering innovation and/or portfolio renovation projects E2E inhouse and with external partners. Additionally, you have strong Financial Acumen incl. network design and costing setup.Other requirements:
- Planning experience;
- Project Management experience in a high pace environment;
- Experience with different business models;
- Proven experience in delivering business needs through others.
- Ability to thrive in high-pace dynamic environment;
- Commercial mindset;
- Good negotiator: able to influence, also in informal decision structures;
You are a person that easily connects, is an excellent communicator and who can keep focus.
Benefits
6 months project (materinity leave cover), extension might be possible.40 hrs/week, hybrid (Monday and Thursday in the office).
Days of leave: 36 on fulltime basis
