In this role, you will oversee key quality control systems such as ISO/SKAL (for the organic market) and GMP+. You'll work closely with auditors, preparing for audits and addressing any deviations, both minor and major. With your keen eye for detail, you’ll identify any shortcomings in DSM Twilmij's current processes and suggest improvements to ensure continuous enhancement of the quality procedures.
As part of your daily tasks, you will manage large volumes of quality control data for raw materials, intermediates, and final products, ensuring all documentation is correctly formatted according to DSM standards. In addition, you will be responsible for rewriting the quality management manual to align with the latest GMP+ regulations.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside departments such as Manufacturing, SHE, Procurement, and Sales. You will also play a vital part in the Quality Team, helping to evaluate and update procedures, as well as investigating and resolving customer complaints.
A significant part of your role will involve training colleagues across various departments on quality standards relevant to their work. Additionally, you will take a leading role in managing Trackwise, ensuring seamless workflow and acting as a key user of the system.
