Key responsibilities:
- Gather information, analyze and report on quality control KPIs & quality decisions (release; rework; extension & dispose);
- Identify areas of improvement and root cause analysis for non-conformances and complaints;
- Engage relevant stakeholders for non-conformances and complaints;
- Work with Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to resolve highlighted Quality and Compliance issues;
- Work with Quality Control Coordinator to resolve highlighted Quality and Compliance issues;
- Assist in the coordination of reworking and requalification of shot dated goods;
- Certificate of Analysis generation, management and storage;
- Be primary contact for non-conformances and complaints.
As Quality Control Officer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a Quality Control system for full Certis Belchim Portfolio by applying agreed protocols and quality standards ensuring legal compliance and fit for purpose quality for their customers. Certis Belchim produces some of their portfolio at Toll manufacturing sites. This production takes place by employing complex processes and materials as well as more simpeler filling activities. You will ensure that quality control processes agreed with Tollers are fully implemented.
You are responsible that material, active ingredient, co-formulants, available for production, is from the approved supplier and within the defined/agreed specifications. Once the production is completed, you acquire required quality data from the toll manufacturers and analyses this against the agreed specifications. Any deviance from the agreed specification shall be discussed and recommendations shall be made to management, how to address non-compliancy to internal specifications. You will ensure that post production quality control data is stored digitally and made available upon request.
Profile
We are looking for BSc. or MSc. candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Quality Control in Chemical-, Agrochemical- or Pharma Industry. You have understanding of Toll Formulators and Laboratory processes and standards. Finally, you are fluent in English, one more additional European language is preferable.Benefits
