We have an exciting opportunity for a R&D technologist at one of clients in Nijmegen. This position lies within the Continental Europe R&D team, and is reporting to the Sr. Product Technologist responsible to deliver the value engineering and secure pipeline.
Get ready for working in an international team, as proactive contributor, getting projects delivered and collaborating with internal and external partners. You will work in a multi-functional team and will effectively collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities:

• Execute technically VE & Supply Chain projects through R&D governance and according to best practices;
• Execute projects from consumer concepting and prototyping until industrialization and product launch;
• Execute category technology program, consolidating technical expertise and delivering future proof technical enablers;
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, co-creations, and projects, in line with strategy needs and building strong network;
• Connect with R&D BUs for projects synergies and knowledge/ methodology sharing.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for candidates with a MSc. in Food Science &Technology and at least two years of experience in food companies and product development. You have the capability to understand science & technology and translate this in product solutions.
