On 26 November 2026, BCF Career Event will take place in Flanders Expo in Ghent. To make this day run smoothly, we are looking for crew members to help us out.
Available tasks
At the moment, we need helpers for the following tasks (7:00-18:00, different timeslots possible):
- Visitors desk
- Registration (Dutch speaking preferred)
- Host/Hostess
- Coordinate CV-checks
- Coordinate Profile photos
A crew member must:
- Be customer friendly
- Have a hands-on mentality
- Speak fluent in English (preferably also in Dutch)
In return you will get:
* Some vouchers for drinks
* Access to the lunch buffet (depending how long you will work)
* €10,- per hour which will be paid with bol.com gift vouchers
BCF Career Event for Life Sciences (Bio, Chemistry, Food, Farma) is an annual event designed to help connect students and professionals with life science employers and recruiters. Attendees can explore job and internship opportunities, attend workshops, and network with peers. It's an opportunity to discover and develop their career pathways and network with life science professionals who can support them along their journey.
