(Jr) Research Associate (6 months temporary contract) - Biologics Discovery

The chosen candidate will integrate a collaborative team that is responsible for the screening and selection of lead panels of functional biologics.
Your responsibilities
The successful candidate may have the following responsibilities:

Maintenance of mammalian cell cultures

Express membrane proteins in mammalian cells using a variety of transfection methods.

Characterize antibodies using a range of cell-based assays to assess their functionality.

Careful documentation of experimental work, provide high-quality data on time and report results within electronic lab notebook

Prepare and effectively present your experimental results (written and oral) to project teams
-
Help maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory levels for laboratory supply
Profiel
Job requirements
Our preferred candidate will have the following profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.

Bench oriented and preferentially trained in an industry environment (biotech or pharma).

Experience with molecular biology and/or flow cytometry is a plus .

Direct experience with mammalian cell culturing and transient transfections is an asset.
