Your primary tasks in this role will be to manage complex and technical strategic projects at site through reviews and complete milestones on schedule. Next to this your key tasks will be to: • Oversee and manage the project execution at the site level. • Typically ensure alignment of local execution with a global project team and stakeholders. • Apply standard PM practices. • Provide PMO support for your own project.

Profiel

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Sciences with 10+ years of Project Management experience. • At least 5 years of experience in the life sciences sector (biotech/pharma/devices). • Understanding of manufacturing technology transfers, equipment commissioning, qualification and process validation. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate progress toward milestones, opportunities, and risks to all stakeholders.
