Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and acquiring new distributors for Unilever products.
- Support the development and execution of strategies to expand Unilever’s market presence.
- Collaborate with retailers to introduce and promote new product innovations across all categories.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, offering insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Profiel
We are looking for a driven professional with experience in business development, sales, or marketing, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to operational excellence across teams.- Business Development & Sales: you have experiece with generating leads, acquire new customers, close deals, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Account Management: you have experience with building strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and translate them into tailored solutions across Unilever’s brands, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Supply Chain Coordination: You understand end-to-end supply chain processes, collaborate across planning, logistics, and customer service, and support efficient inventory and demand planning.
- Leadership: You lead by example, deliver high-quality results, stay resilient under pressure, and continuously seek smarter, more consumer-focused ways of working through collaboration and innovation.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Contract for at least one year.Salary: 48000 - 52000
