As a Specialist in Lab Systems & Automation within our dynamic team, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing laboratory efficiency through automation and data integration. Working closely with both local and global stakeholders, you will drive system enhancements and help transition laboratories toward paperless workflows. Your work directly supports the implementation and optimization of analytical platforms such as LIMS and SDMS, ensuring seamless integration and streamlined data management.
You will also take ownership of documentation standards, crafting and updating SOPs, protocols, and technical specifications to maintain accuracy and compliance. With a strong background in Lean principles, you will lead continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies and applying root cause analysis to enhance lab processes, ensure compliance with EHSS standards, and reduce waste. By analyzing data from lab systems, you will generate insights and reports that support decision-making and demonstrate the impact of improvement initiatives.

Profiel

You hold a university-level degree (WO/HBO) and are fluent in both Dutch and English. You bring a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail, along with hands-on experience working with laboratory information systems (LIMS, SDMS) and data automation tools. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and compliance frameworks is essential. You excel in cross-functional environments, confidently navigating discussions with stakeholders and providing thought leadership on systems and process improvements. Experience in R&D, process development, or production laboratories is highly valued.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Contract for at least one year.
Salary: 43000 - 53000
