As a Product Data Specialist within Customer Operations Europe, you play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining end-to-end European Product Data Management (EPDM). Your work ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across the full portfolio. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, supply chain, R&D, and IT — to manage and optimise product information systems and implement data governance standards.

Within the EPDM team, there are three areas of expertise: material data, end-to-end data, and data flow. During your time in this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate between these expertise groups. As an end-to-end specialist, you are responsible for managing the full data flow from source to customer, safeguarding data integrity and ensuring product data is available on time and in full.

Your key responsibilities span data accuracy and quality, integration and synchronisation with global standards such as GS1 GDSN, and the management of a centralised Product Information Management (PIM) system. You oversee master data creation and maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish data governance policies. Beyond day-to-day management, you actively identify opportunities for process improvement and monitor innovations in the data management landscape to drive continuous enhancement of efficiency and accuracy.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data management. You are comfortable working in a cross-functional, international environment and know how to bring stakeholders along in adopting new standards and processes.

• Proficient in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experienced in data integration, PIM systems, and data governance practices
• Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement attitude
• Capable of leading change initiatives and driving process standardisation
