In this position, you will drive the end-to-end PPWR 2026 programme, covering data collection, supplier engagement, governance, digital enablement and regulatory documentation. You will bring together teams across R&D, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Digital, Legal and Packaging to deliver one unified compliance strategy.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the integrated PPWR 2026 programme plan, milestones and critical path
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across all business groups
- Build and maintain a solid governance model and report to the EU R&D & Procurement SteerCo
- Ensure complete and timely availability of all data required for the Declaration of Conformity and Technical Documentation
- Identify risks and interdependencies, and escalate issues proactively
- Align harmonised supplier data templates with Procurement, Packaging R&D and Regulatory teams
- Shape requirements for digital data systems to support audit readiness
- Manage external consultants, contractors and PMO resources
- Track resource needs across functions and support funding discussions
- Deliver clear and concise progress updates, dashboards and decision papers for senior stakeholders
Profiel
We are looking for an experienced programme leader with a structured mindset and the drive to deliver under tight regulatory deadlines.Required experience and skills:
- Senior PMO or Programme Management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Background in regulated environments such as packaging, chemicals, sustainability or regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to operate at pace under tight regulatory deadlines
- Strong governance, planning and risk management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity
- Prior experience with EU packaging, sustainability or product compliance regulations
- Experience working with procurement and leading supplier data collection programmes
- Exposure to digital data platforms or regulatory documentation systems
