As Lead Engineer, you act as Core Team Member in medium to high complexity projects, representing all engineering disciplines and coordinating the full engineering scope. You provide technical support across the project lifecycle, exercise independent judgement on complex engineering challenges and translate scope into request for quotation packages. You check and approve drawings and calculations, verify alignment with Dutch, European and Janssen Biologics standards, and manage progress and quality with external engineering firms, on-site contractors and internal stakeholders.
As Project Lead, you manage medium complex capital investment projects through the full Engineering Process, from feasibility to closure. You define and manage project objectives, scope, budget and timelines, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results. You support the sponsor in defining the business need, ensure GXP-compliant implementation including Change Control, and communicate project progress to sponsors and stakeholders through portfolio management systems. You manage contracts, purchase orders and client expectations with respect to safety, quality, reliability, time and budget.
Profiel
You hold a university degree and bring five to seven years of relevant work experience. You have completed FPX Project Lead Training and hold a VCA-VOL qualification. You communicate effectively at all levels, are proficient in MS Office and SAP, and apply strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions. You work independently, manage tight deadlines with a positive attitude and keep your technical knowledge current through continuous professional development.Arbeidsvoorwaarden
