A traineeship within a company, also regularly called graduate programme, is an excellent way to kickstart your career. Often the programme takes 24 months, and you get the opportunity to work on very different projects. This is a great way for you as recent graduate to learn about which functions excite you, and which don’t fit with you at all. You also get to create a large network, really get to know the company and practice your soft skills.
If you are interested in a traineeship, make sure you compare the many different ones, because what they offer can be quite different. Also make sure you also check in which locations you are expected to work.
To offer you a head start, we have a few listed here below specifically for the BCF fields. Please note, some of them are only communicated in Dutch.
Are you offering a traineeship or internship? Contact us at info[at]bcfcareer.com and we’ll add it to the list.
