Crew BCF Career Event (21 May - Jaarbeurs) - Utrecht
Would you like to participate in the largest career event in Life Sciences on 21 May in Beatrix building - Jaarbeurs Utrecht?
On 21 May 2026, BCF Career Event will take place in Beatrix building - Jaarbeurs Utrecht. To make this day run smoothly, we are looking for crew members to help us out.
Available tasks
At the moment, we need helpers for the following tasks (7:00-18:00, different timeslots possible):
Visitors desk
Registration (Dutch speaking preferred)
Host/Hostess
Coordinate CV-checks
Profile crew
A crew member must:
* be customer friendly
* have a hands-on mentality
* speak fluent in English (preferably also in Dutch)
Offer
In return you will get:
* some vouchers for drinks
* access to the lunch buffet (depending how long you will work)
* No financial compensation will be offered; you are expected to participate out of interest in gaining experience and may, if desired, take part in the program outside of their regular working hours.
About the event
BCF Career Event for Life Sciences (Bio, Chemistry, Food, Farma) is an annual event designed to help connect students and professionals with life science employers and recruiters. Attendees can explore job and internship opportunities, attend workshops, and network with peers. It's an opportunity to discover and develop their career pathways and network with life science professionals who can support them along their journey.The next edition of BCF Career Event is on Wednesday 21 May 2026 in Beatrix building - Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
