Job

• Managing OTC processes in accordance with defined SLA’s Managing orders in accordance with defined KPI’s.  • Manage and coordinate all OTC related processes in collaboration with other functions and the customer, under guidance of a supervisor. • Identify problems and signal to supervisor.

Profile

• MBO+/BSc. • Good and fluent communication skills in wording and writing in both English and German. Turkish is a plus. • Accurate. • Pro-active. • Eager to learn. • Communicative.
