Quality Control Technican

QC Technician | Biotechnology | ELISA | HPLC | GMP | Dutch & English

Job

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the quality control team. The QC laboratories play a critical role in supporting biotech manufacturing by conducting in-process testing, as well as release and stability testing of products. All activities are carried out in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Conduct analytical and biochemical testing to verify the quality and consistency of biotech products.
  • Independently perform advanced analytical techniques, including ELISA, HPLC, IEF, spectroscopy, and electrophoresis.
  • Collaborate in team planning activities related to QCB product releases, method transfers, and testing schedules.

Profile

  • Completion of at least an MLO-level education in Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Practical experience with quality control techniques such as ELISA, HPLC, IEF, and spectroscopy.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform analytical testing. Prior exposure to a GMP-compliant work environment is highly preferred.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Hays Detachering | This is a project that will start with a contract for 12 months through Hays. Extension to stay within the department is anticipated. In this position, you will get a competitive salary and your travel expenses are covered.
