Job Description
In this role, you will be part of a lab operations team that supports the development and analysis of therapeutic compounds. You'll be involved in processing and analyzing samples from multiple research teams and developmental programs. You will get to work with a variety of specialized analytical techniques such as LC-MS, UV- based methods, protein separation and quantification techniques and chromatography. The position requires you to assist in method support, validate results, troubleshoot analytical processes, and maintain high-quality documentation standards. Attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures are essential, as your work directly supports technical reporting and compliance activities within the organization.
Responsibilities
Conduct sample analysis for various studies and investigations
Run analytical experiments like chromatography, MS, cSDS or ELSD on samples
Support validations and assist with troubleshooting of analytical instruments
Record and manage experimental data in accordance with internal procedures
Documentation in compliance with cGMP
Assist in compiling information for technical documentation and study reports
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reliable data
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Prior experience working in a cGMP-regulated laboratory environment is a pré
Familiarity with one or more analytical techniques such as LC/MS, MS, ELSD, SEC, cIEF, cSDS, or A280
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably Dutch
Proactive, independent mindset with a solutions-driven attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, interdisciplinary teams
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
