Sustainability Customer Service Coordinator (ref. 2482)
Job
• Act as the primary person responsible for routing and handling group-level sustainability inquiries from business units’ customers. • Coordinate the preparation of high-quality responses to standard and complex sustainability queries and capture and log process performance metrics. • Collaborate closely with internal Group experts to develop coherent, accurate, and aligned responses for questions which require Group-level input.Profile
• Demonstrated sustainability knowledge, including familiarity with ESG frameworks, customer reporting requirements, and corporate sustainability practices. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams and seniority levels. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Fluency in French, German or Spanish is not mandatory but can be very beneficial as well.Benefits
