OPEN APPLICATION Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our Akkodis team to work with one of our clients in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

Job

Key responsibilities
Operations/logistics positions

Secure daily process of customer orders from order to delivery at customers’ distribution centers, respecting customer delivery SLAs;
Take proper action on demand and supply alerts coming from the planning tools;
Make optimal trade-offs in stock allocation across all customers from a total business perspective;
Mitigate and support in supply when demand variations lead to stock availability issues;
Analyze KPI reports regarding customer service levels and take corrective actions when needed to ensure improvement.

Forecasting positions

Use the available predictive models and other data sources to improve your forecast;
Promotion activities alignment into the forecast, generating insights on expected volume fluctuations;
Start a project from scratch with a third parties/stakeholders/ consulting partner that will help the business to improve the predictive models, automate a certain process, and save costs;
Help improving the predictive models by doing analysis on our forecast;
Visualize your projects with a visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI, Google Data Studio) to let the data speak and influence.

Stakeholder Management positions

Ensure relevant and appropriate stakeholder management in order to reach alignment in the stock allocation process throughout the MCO;
Understand the dynamics of the business in order to effectively share your volume forecasts and drivers (tailored to the needs of your different stakeholders).

Stock Management positions

Responsible for stock life cycle management (clear overstock / dead stock / returns);
Alert and capture stock to expire/ potential obsoletes (relaunches);
Manage phasing in and phasing out of all new innovation / relaunches with factories with respect to obsoletes, obsoletes on raw and packaging materials;
Organize destruction of obsoletes (incl. Business approval);
Deliver obsoletes target, including but not limited to pro-active identification of obsolete risks caused by demand deviations and oversupply.

Data Analytics position

Master Data Management (MDM): Overseeing master data creation and maintenance.
Data Integration Skills: Integrating and synchronizing data across systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Data Standardization: Ensuring adherence to data standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product data complies with local and international regulations.
Data integrity: The accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data throughout the data flow from source to recipient.
Data governance: Ensuring on-time and in-full data from responsible data (source) owners.
KPI performance: Deliver on target performance on the EPDM KPI’s.

Profile

What you bring

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will be responsible for:

Bachelor’s or preferred Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or Customer Service;
Affinity with FMCG market;
Know how to work with visualization tools like PowerBi;
Experience in/proven track record in Stakeholder Management, Forecasting, Customer Management, Planning or Stock Management;
General Supply Chain experience (Planning / CS / Logistics / Quality);
Knowledge of ERP Systems (preferably SAP/Kinaxis).
