As a Technical Specialist, you will be at the heart of laboratory operations, ensuring both technical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will take ownership of medium quality issues, support the introduction of new equipment, and act as a key contact during audits and inspections. Your role combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic oversight, making you a vital contributor to the lab’s success and continuous improvement.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
  • You will lead investigations into non-conformances, manage deviations, and co-ordinate effective corrective and preventive actions to maintain high compliance standards;
  • As the technical system owner, you’ll oversee equipment, ensuring it meets operational and regulatory requirements;
  • You’ll be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating lab documentation, particularly in support of new product introductions;
  • Acting as the Subject Matter Expert, you’ll represent the lab during cGMP audits and inspections, and serve as the single point of contact for technical matters;
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote a culture of safety and reliability, and foster strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stake holders.

Profile

You are a Life Sciences graduate (HLO) with some years of experience within a GMP environment. Additionally, you have experience with decommissioning/introduction of lab equipment (i.e. refrigerators, incubators), experience within QC and a hands-on approach to technical challenges. Do you have great interpersonal skills, are you pro-active and do you have affinity with microbiology and automation? Then we are looking for you!

Benefits

Contract for at least one year.
Salary: 43000 - 52000
Days of leave: 36
