For our client Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine we are searching for an Associate Scientist Analytical Developement.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Analytical Scientist to join our growing analytical development team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the development and characterization of our pipeline of innovative biopharmaceutical products.
As an Analytical Scientist, you will be responsible for generating, interpreting, and reporting high-quality analytical data to support product development, process understanding, and decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with colleagues in process development, quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure robust and reliable analytical insights at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Your day-to-day work will include designing and executing analytical experiments, performing in-depth data analysis, and preparing clear and concise scientific reports and summaries. You will contribute to a culture of scientific excellence, continuously seeking to improve data quality and analytical workflows.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you bring a combination of solid scientific expertise and a structured, analytical mindset. Specifically, we are looking for:
  • BSc. or MSc. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences;
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in an analytical role within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment;
  • Proven experience with HPLC and chromatographic techniques, including method execution and troubleshooting;
  • Strong skills in data analysis and scientific reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions;
  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments and relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus;
  • Excellent attention to detail, combined with strong organizational and time management skills;
  • A collaborative team player with good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Benefits

Contract for at least one year.
Salary: 53000 - 60000
Days of leave: 36
