The work will entail:
- Managing pricing strategy for the existing portfolio;
- Support in risk analysis;
- Support in new product launches;
- Support on the digitisation within the Customer Development Excellence team.
- Develop new tools to support BGs & 1U markets;
- Work with internal leadership team, category teams and market teams to ensure that the European pricing strategy is forwarded;
- Spearhead monthly meetings with the category teams that review new product launches as well as existing product actions;
- Engage with D&A teams to provide details of enhancements and bug fixes;
- Support the category teams in being the owner of key pricing data across Europe and bringing a horizontal view across markets with respect to pricing;
- EU Pricing activities: (1) Pricing Refresh (2) Communication & (3) Category/Country Alignment;
- Align with local finance teams to ensure that specific pricing risks are captured.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a B.Sc. or M.Sc. with 1-2 years of working experience in FMCG and a multicultural environment. You have excellent IT (including Excel) and organisational skills. Are you proactive, adaptive and do you enjoy learning new things? Then we are looking for you!Benefits
