Within the EPDM team, specialists operate across three areas of expertise: material data, end-to-end data, and data flow. As an end-to-end specialist, you manage the full data flow from source to customers and consumers, taking ownership of data integrity, data governance, and KPI performance. You will have the opportunity to rotate across these expertise groups over time.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, and synchronisation with global standards such as GS1 GDSN and other product data interfaces;
- Establishing and maintaining data governance policies, overseeing master data creation and maintenance, and driving regulatory compliance across local and international requirements;
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to data management processes, monitoring innovations, and supporting markets with operational capacity challenges.
Profile
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You work effectively in cross-functional and cross-country settings, embracing cultural diversity and virtual collaboration. In addition, you bring:- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills to convey data requirements clearly to stake holders;
- Experience or affinity with Product Information Management (PIM), data integration, and data governance;
- The ability to manage change, lead process improvement initiatives, and persuade teams to adopt data standards;
- A continuous improvement mindset combined with practical creativity and enterprising behaviour.
Benefits
Due to a long term sick leave, we are looking for someone for app. 12 months.Salary: 52.000 - 75.000 Euro
