The Magnum Ice Cream Company is at a crucial phase of separating from Unilever to be a fully standalone company owning its technology & operations. Fundamental to achieving this ambition is the vertical ramp up of Global Business Services (GBS) organization & Technology function. This includes accelerated hiring across identified locations, on-boarding new team members and facilitating teams in settling in whilst delivering operational and tactical excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage hire to retire services for all GBS, Technology, Opus & Establishment resources (pre boarding, on-boarding, off-boarding, role moves, leave/absence management etc.);
  • Responsible for the GBS organization design & position management;
  • Ensuring accurate Workday data for your respective scope whilst working closely with stakeholders across the Global Organization;
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, support on critical employment matters and identify and implement changes;
  • Initiate and execute restructuring at an employee level whilst guiding the stakeholders throughout the process;
  • Collaborate with data analysts to extract data, conduct thorough analysis, and provide substantiated insights to support strategic HR Business Partners (HRBP) with understanding the impacts of decisions;
  • Manage and resolve local Employee Relations issues;
  • Work with Assistant HRBPs and Talent Partners in locations where GBS/Technology talent is located to track and ensure delivery of HR agenda across sites.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and people-driven HR professional with a strong desire to make meaningful impact. You bring solid experience in HR processes, employee relations, and Dutch employment law, combined with a collaborative and agile mindset. With a passion for people, business, and continuous learning, this role offers an excellent foundation for future growth toward an HR Business Partner position.
Key strengths include:
  • Strong working knowledge of The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s HR processes, systems, and technology;
  • Experience in employee relations and case management, with in-depth knowledge of Dutch employment law;
  • Agility, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering solutions with speed and efficiency;
  • Fluency in English (required) and preferably also Dutch, supported by strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Benefits

Contract for 1 year, extension possible.
Salary: 55000 - 70000
Days of leave: 38
