You support the installation, qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and contribute to the planning of experimental work and project activities — either independently or in collaboration with senior team members. In addition, you take care of operational R&D tasks such as stock management, preparing purchase orders for lab consumables and equipment, conducting incoming inspections, and maintaining organisation within the R&D lab and warehouse.
You also provide ad hoc support for Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), deviations, and audit-related activities.
Profile
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering or a related field, and have relevant laboratory experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry (2–4 years with an M.Sc., or 4–6 years with a B.Sc.). You have hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as NMR, SEC, KF, FT-IR, GC and microscopy, including sample preparation and data interpretation. Experience in analytical method development and validation, polymer chemistry or multistep organic synthesis is a strong advantage.Beyond your technical background, you bring:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
