We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team as a Talent Partner. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with business leaders to identify and fulfill talent needs for manager level and above. You will play a key role in workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment execution, while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responisibilities:

• Partner with managements teams across various functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing) to understand and address talent needs;
• Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with global recruitment and ED&I objectives;
• Build and maintain external talent pipelines to enhance employability and attract diverse candidates;
• Drive employer branding initiatives both internally and externally;
• Leverage market insights to attract and retain top external talent;
• Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure strategic alignment and compliance;
• Work closely with the Talent Hub team in Egypt to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes;
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level roles, including interviews, decision support, and offer management;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to recruitment coordination efforts.

Profile

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in talent acquisition, complemented by a solid understanding of HR processes and Dutch labor law. You are a confident leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. With a strategic mindset and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, you are driven to deliver impactful recruitment outcomes.
