As a Technical Specialist, you will be at the heart of laboratory operations, ensuring both technical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will take ownership of medium to high-level quality issues, support the introduction of new products, and act as a key contact during audits and inspections. Your role combines hands-on problem-solving with strategic oversight, making you a vital contributor to the lab’s success and continuous improvement.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• You will lead investigations into non-conformances, manage deviations, and coordinate effective corrective and preventive actions to maintain high compliance standards.
• As the technical system owner, you’ll oversee analytical equipment, ensuring it meets operational and regulatory requirements.
• You’ll be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating lab documentation, particularly in support of new product introductions.
• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert, you’ll represent the lab during cGMP audits and inspections, and serve as the single point of contact for technical matters.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, promote a culture of safety and reliability, and foster strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

You are a Life Sciences graduate (HLO) with a solid understanding of microbiology and a hands-on approach to technical challenges. With strong communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch, you work independently while thriving in cross-functional teams. Your experience with microbiological techniques—such as bioburden, endotoxin, and sterility—sets you apart, and your analytical mindset helps you solve problems efficiently. Familiarity with GMP environments is a strong plus.

Benefits

Contract for at least one year.
Salary: 37000 - 52000
